Stable API — user-facing diagnostic hint text with machine-readable keys. Used by CLI / REST / MCP / gateway surfaces so action hints do not drift. Stable user-facing diagnostic text keys and shared hint builders.
Logs should keep stable machine-readable English markers. These helpers are for CLI / REST / MCP / gateway human hints, where each message also carries a stable diagnostic code so automation and docs can refer to the same row.
