服务端主动推送,告知 “该 cid 关联的有效 broker 列表已变化”,客户端应
重新调 CMD 20176 拉最新列表。C++ logger.cpp:1613-1633 的
OnRecvValidBrokerListChangePush 收到后调 FetchValidBrokerList。
消息体只有 reserved 字段(纯信号),真正的 broker 列表通过 20176 拿。
